Project HAARP Is The US Controlling The Weather?
Weather Modification is a conspiracy theory that the government have been attempting to control the weather to use against enemies and maybe even the citizens of the United States.
Even though the government denies such actions evidence has come up to prove that they have attempted weather control. One example of attempted weather control was Operation Popeye. Conspiracy theorists think that the government has actually been able to control the weather and that they have succeeded through HAARP.
Conspiracy theorists say that the government used HAARP to create the 2011 Tohoko earthquake and tsunami against Japan. Some conspiracy theorists believe that even chemtrails are materials that are electrically-conductive and that they are used by HAARP to control the weather.
